YUGM is working on a GREAT project to change the main access point to the property for their clients to help reduce presence on First Avenue with the dogged pursuit of being a good neighbor to the businesses nearby and to help create a welcoming atmosphere for those using First Avenue to access the city of Yakima.
They have utilized a fantastic Private-Public Partnership with The City of Yakima for a large amount of the road work required, and stretched a very generous grant from Yakima Federal Savings and Loan, and they need about $30,000 to complete the project.
